This will be the first mission that directs you to the new location - the Ruined Factory. Once you've completed orders 7 and 8, you'll unlock order 77 at the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City. If the Director's Cut is your first venture into Death Stranding, you'll be able to access the new missions when you reach the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City in Chapter 2.
